Today we woke up to rain, lots of it. The normally dry run off canal behind our apartment had several feet of fast flowing water. Not to have our day ruined by a little rain, Teah and I decided to go out and play in. Teah found enough very deep puddles that we had to frequently empty out her boots. She had a blast though. Finally I bribed her to come by telling her we were going to see the Panda movie. One of the bonuses to working on base is that we are able to go to the theater there, which is 2 dollars for adults and free for children under 5. This was the first time we have actually taken Teah to the movies. Something about her having to sit for awhile has always made it seem like a bad idea. She did, okay, although in her defense it started at her nap time. She went to sleep at 4:30 when we got home and hasn't woken up yet.

Glad that hurricane brought you some rain to play in! :) Can you shop at the military base? If so you can use coupons there 90 days past expiration (or something like that)
