Christmas morning started early for us this year. It began with Teah coming in our room a little before 4 am. At about 4:15 we heard Marama singing the Star Wars theme song and by 4:40 Xander had joined the other two in our room. A few minutes later Mom and Dad gave the go ahead and it was off to open presents in the living room just before 5 am. Despite the early time the kids were bright eyed and bushy tailed and had a generally great Christmas.

After present the kids played with toys while I made breakfast and by 7 presents had been openned, breakfast eaten and we enjoyed a relaxing day together enjoying Santa's gifts, watching Brave (a present from Manu's sister), having our traditional shephard's dinner and taking a much needed nap.
