Recipes

There was a request for the german pancake recipe so I am attaching a link that has the basic recipe I use. It also give the recipe for a buttermilk syrup which is basically like a carmel or buttersotch syrup. It is super sweet, but good, if anyone wants to try it.

Also I thought I would attach this other recipe we recently came across. It is a great way to make bread with little effort and not having to start it too much before hand. It is of course not quite the same as yeast bread, but it still pretty good. We have made it several times in the past two weeks.

The bread recipe looks good. I think I will try it. I ground my own wheat for the first time last night and think I might have a bit left over after making yeast wheat bread.
