Adjusting to number 3

Before Marama was born I was worried about how Zander would react to having a new baby in the home - particularly having me holding her instead of him.  However, it seems that there was no need for concern as he adores his little sister.  Every morning the first thing he does after he gets up is find his new sister and peak in on her (and usually try to wake her).  The other day while she was in his room he began reading her a book (of course we were supposed to be cleaning the room, but some things are just too sweet to get in trouble for).

Another time he read her a Blue's Clues book by mimicking Blue's voice while turning the pages.  Now my only concern is danger of being loved by a rambunctious little boy, but I'm sure she will survive.

Of course Teah loves her new little sister as well. She is quick to talk and sing to her when she is fussy and is happy to help at diaper changing and bath time.

That is very sweet. There is nothing better than seeing your children be loving and kind to each other.
