Miraculously Confused

On Sunday, Teah had a nursery lesson, during which she made a book entitled, Jesus created the world for me. It had pictures of the sun, stars, moon, animals, plants, and birds. So after church, we decided to go outside and see if we could find some of the things that Jesus created for her. Teah goes outside, gasps and says "Jesus created that ball for me - and my favorite color!" I look over and there is pink beach ball in our yard (the neighbors across the fence had had a party the night before I am guessing the ball made its way into our yard). I tried to explain that Jesus made the earth and the things on it so we could use them to make things like balls, but of course that was meaningless! She remains convinced that Jesus made that ball for her and now I have to figure out how to explain to her that we have to send the ball back over the fence.

Might be easier to pay-off the neighbor

Great story, did you get it worked out?
